An Introduction to the Moving Body

A four part, 12 hour workshop about human anatomy designed and presented by Katrine Cakuls.

Aimed at movement professionals, but open to all. The workshop will provide a clear overview of the foundations of movement anatomy, focusing on the muskuloskeletal system. Common health problems related to movement, along with methods to address these issues will be highlighted. This will allow the student to readily apply information from the workshop to the practical setting of working with clients. 3D images, an practical sessions will help guide students through the structure of the moving body. Small group work allows for personalized training.

This workshop can tailored to the needs of individual groups, and can also be broken down into shorter lectures/talks.
